In this sequel to Oogie Boogie Central, M. Stephen Lukac again presents a bountiful cast of characters with admirable deftness and clarity, attributing to each an individuality, a personality, and a genuineness that endears every one of them immediately to the reader.  His prose is like a good drink – smooth going down, but a kickstart to the senses and a warm delight in the finish.  And as with any good drink, you should go forth and buy a copy of Oogie Boogie Bounce for you, and then buy another copy to share.  His violence is stark and brutal, his magic powerful, and his wit in storytelling an absolute pleasure to read.   You will enjoy this book.
