CONVERTING WEEKLY TO DAILY VACATION

¨ Go to the Vacation Bids screen (14). Run an inquiry on your ID number.

¨ Change the action field from INQU to UPDT and enter a '1' in the field that says "Number of Wks to Be Taken Daily" (located in the upper right corner of the screen; press ENTER.

¨ Down at the bottom of the page, you will see your vacation weeks listed. There should be a field in front of each one. Enter an 'S' in the field before the week you want to convert; enter your SS number in the bottom left corner and press ENTER.

¨ The message line at the bottom should indicate that the update is complete.

¨ To double check, go to the Vacation Entitlement screen (18) and make sure that you have daily vacation showing.
