November 28, 2008 Dear Brother Brothers: The Gyantwachia Lodge, Order of the Arrow will hold its annual FAMILY BANQUET on Saturday January 3rd, 2008, at the Pleasant Township Fire hall. You are asked to be there at 5:30 PM to sign in, look around at the displays and fellowship with other Scouters. Dinner will be served at 6:00 PM. This is a tureen dinner (PLEASE bring your own table settings) and a dish to pass. We are asking your cooperation to coordinate the menu: Ordeal members are asked to bring salads, Brotherhood members are asked to bring vegetables, Vigil members are asked to bring deserts. If we notice by our sign-up sheets that we have a great imbalance in the four major food groups, we may call to see if you can help us by bringing something else. The main course, drinks and rolls will be provided by the Lodge. There will be a $5.00 cost for adults, $3.00 for children under 12, maximum cost of $15.00 per family. Reservations are required by December 19th, at the Betts Scout Service Center. Please Note: O/A Dues need to be paid when your unit recharters. It is the responsibility of each Troop's O/A Representative to collect the O/A dues for members of their Troop. Please make sure that these dues are submitted to the Betts Scout Service Center when your recharter is turned in. This will save a lot of time trying to collect this information later.
