bullet Daily activity log: this form will be filled out by the daycare provider for the parents to see how your child was doing during the day
bullet Supplies: a list of supplies that you should provide for your child
bullet Meals: Meals that will be provided this week. I'll update this document on a weekly basis.
bullet Permission to take pictures: This form is required if you'd like to give me permission to take pictures of your children
bullet My flyer: if you like my daycare, please refer me to your friends and neighbours. This flyer will give an overview of my daycare.
